Give feedback
Your feedback is very important to us. It helps us to understand what the people we support appreciate most, and to focus on any areas that need improving. Here are some ways you can provide feedback.
Health watch
Healthwatch are a local independent organisation who can help you to get your voice heard.
Their role is to listen to your experiences of local health and social care services and take on board your views - good or bad. They’ll make sure your views are shared with the people who run the local health and social care services, together with relevant government bodies, to improve the quality of these services.
Feedback team
Our social care staff do everything they can to care for you and deliver quality services, but there might be things that can be improved for you and your loved ones.
We’d love to hear how you think we’re doing, and if we’re getting things right.
